Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Keys and vendor access

Monterey Bay Property Management will not enter your property unless you are present (except in cases of the need to protect residents or property from harm). You are responsible for making arrangements with vendors who need to enter your property to make repairs and for letting them in. Just do whatever you would do if you owned the property.
