Your rental agreement from Monterey Bay Property Management provides for you to contact a vendor from our approved list that you were given at the time of the lease-up and to pay the first $75 - $100 of minor maintenance. Please check out our Maintenance Repair Tips.

You may use this form to notify us of a minor maintenance issue that you have taken care of completely, or you may use it to request further assistance with a more complex problem.
